Honesty.

Baru lepas baca satu thread mengenai persoalan pengguna terhadap pusat servis kenderaan.
"Adakah benar mereka melakukan kerja?".
"Tak percaya mechanic ayam membuat kerja".
"Jangan terkejut kalau ade minyak enjin tak ditukar"

My argument is simple, u cant control everything.
Better check your car before you drive home or when you reach home.
Any weird feeling or sound, better complaint as soon as possible.
That's the best you can do.

If you go to the restaurant, do you watch the chef or 'ayam' commis cook your food?
No right?
Do you watch and supervised your tailor when he/she complete your baju kurung or baju melayu?
No right?

There are things that we can control..but not all. Hehehehe.
